This beautiful gin came to life after Tolmanns Premium Gin rested for at least six months in American bourbon barrels.

These oak barrels give the gin beautiful notes of vanilla during the ageing process and also create its warm amber colour.
In terms of taste, hints of heath grass, violets and fennel seed appear first. These are followed by notes of liquorice, bay leaf and oak. The finish is crisp with a touch of jalapeño pepper.
