About our gin

Tolmanns Premium Gin has won a Silver Outstanding Award in the prestigious IWSC (International Wine and Spirits Competition). Based on our crown jewel we created our characteristic Barrel Aged Gin. For several months we let our Premium Gin mature in old American Bourbon oak barrels. The property of these barrels is that due to this maturation tones of vanilla will be added to the gin and the warm amber color appears. You have to taste this gin! By its powerful and intense taste at the end, Tolmanns Barrel Aged Gin is especially enjoyed to drink “in the mix”.

Where to find

Characteristic is the scent of vanilla and American oak. Followed by hints of heather grass and violets. Flavors such as blueberry and fennel seed surprises. Moving on to a finish of licorice, more oak and laurel, this gin tastes quite intense, yet smooth.

Juniper berry, jalapeno, bergamot, ginger, cardamom, angelica, orange blossom, fennel, paradise seed.
